Or the path from which the script is executed? (The latter seems to be what is indicated by the #SBATCH -chdir=/some/path, although the former had been what I had in mind.) Would you be willing to make a PR? It seems like you've already looked through the code and know how to implement this on the backend. Your suggestion would fix this, since relative paths would just be the result of changing the directory to pwd, and absolute paths would just be the result of changing the directory to /. absolute path behavior isn't documented anywhere, and to be honest I actually find both behaviors being enabled somewhat confusing myself. That being said you're right that there should be a better way to do this. Thank you for taking the time to look into this, as well as for using our extension! I need to find a way to change my e-mail notifications to get notifications for this I believe (from what I recall from last time I checked, which admittedly was not recently) that absolute paths should work as well, not just relative ones.
